The data pattern sent is fully compliant to the Transition Radiation Tracker format
from the "Format Definition for Read-Out Links" document at 
http://www.cern.ch/hsi/atlas/format. 

Note that when SW1 is positioned onto position 8,
the counters are reset. Also changing
